Internally the property benefits from every luxury that you would expect  including WiFi Broadband, hot and cold air conditioning and sky television. The property is well presented and perhaps the best feature is the large terrace with views over the pool complex and out to sea.

In the private gardens you can take full advantage of the Costa del Sol sunshine throughout the day. 'Marina de la Duquesa' has 4 large pools (1 heated) that allow you to either enjoy a fun packed lively holiday or to simply relax by the pools and spend your days reading and soaking up the sun.

The apartment is in a quiet area idyllically situated on the beach and next to the Marina de la Duquesa. It is approx 25 mins from Gibraltar and 50 mins from Malaga airport. Within the marina there are cafes,bars, boutiques,restaurants,a supermarket, butcher, and a bank. The world class Duquesa Golf course is within walking distance of the apartment
 

There are no high rise hotels or apartment blocks in the area, which has helped to maintain it's charm and it's character. The blue flag sandy beach stretches past Sabanillas to Estepona. On the other side it winds along the coast to the well known resort of Sotogrande. The Duquesa waterfront is closed to traffic making it safe for families.

This area has excellent facilities for both families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday, and for golfers with some of the best golf courses in Europe.

There are many excellent golf courses on the coast including Valderrama - host of the Ryder Cup and World Championship, Alcaidesa - a Links course overlooking the rock of Gibraltar,Sotogrande - a parkland course, San Roque and Almenara all within 20 Kilometres of the apartment If you head in the direction of Marbella, you will find a further selection of fantastic golf courses such as Los Naranjos, Santa Clara, Monte Mayor, La Quinta, Rio Real and many others

The complex has 24 hour manned security, and entrance to the garage is by a remote control which is provided with your keys.

The lift connects the apartment with the underground car park and the lobby. The complex and apartment are both wheelchair friendly.
